Minecraft PS Vita Edition is a Match forged in heaven even if it isn't angelic all of the time. A few minor interface issues and framerate fluctuation threaten to bring this portable port crashing down,but Mojang's moreish gameloop provides the release with strong enough foundations to keep it standing tall even its still worth playing Minecraft in PS Vita.
Especially given the situation of vita emulation. it's a decent value proposition if you don't care for n64/dreamcast - mostly flawless ps1/psp, some cool ports and the (admittedly anemic) vita library ain't bad for $110-120. it can also do some light emulation (gba, snes, etc) which is a nice bonus.RaspberrySam. • 8 yr. ago. People who say it's dead usually mean it's dead TO THEM and their interests, not to anyone else. The Vita still has plenty to offer if it's got anything you like, especially if it's indie/JRPG or older PSP titles. If you own a PS4 then it's also a very handy little remote play machine.
